Selling will be 76.49 acres of land in Anson Township, Chippewa County.    It will be offered in the following parcels:

PARCEL  ONE – 36.49 acres of which 34 acres are tillable and 2.49 acres are wooded or undeveloped.    This is the south parcel.   

PARCEL  TWO – 40 acres of which 13 acres are tillable and 27 acres are wooded or undeveloped.    This is the north parcel.   

Combined Parcels of One and Two – 76.49 acres of which 47 acres are tillable and 29.49 acres are wooded or undeveloped.

Easement – In the event Parcel One and Parcel Two are sold separately, an easement will be granted through Parcel One to access Parcel Two.
